Reviews 		New Egg Preferred accounts are a scam and their customer service is completely useless. Want to talk to a manager, they will call you back in 2-3 hours! Want to dispute a charge, fax or snail mail. Emails and calls go ignored and they have no contact with their corporate office. Not to mention they seem to have a process that if you don't like their process, they will just disconnect the call. Overall Rating
